Terms and Conditions

1. Interpretation

1.1 In these Terms:
* "Organization" means **Uttarakhand  State Veterinary Council**
* "Council" means **Uttarakhand State Veterinary Council**
* "Members" means the members of the council elected and nominated both.
* "Services" means all services provided by the council to veterinarians engaged in Uttarkhand.
* "Terms & Condition " means eligibility for registeration and deregisteration ( Removal of Names from SVPR Register) in the council .

2. Application

2.1 These Terms & Conditions apply to all contracts for the services provided by the council to its Veterinarian Registered in SVPR.
2.2 Any amendment, alteration, waiver, or cancellation of these Terms shall be binding to the council only if decided and confirmed in General Body Meeting of council .
2.3 The Members acknowledge that no employee of the council  has the authority to make any representation, warranty, or promise concerning the Services beyond what is explicitly stated in these Terms.

3. Fees

3.1 Fees for services are decided in the General Body Meetings of Council and are subject to change in council meeting without prior notice.

4. Payment

4.1 Payments to the council must be made in full amount without any deductions or discounts
