New Registration Fee 

1. New Registration fee : Rs. 25.00

Renewal Fee 

1. Renewal Processing fee : Rs. 1000.00
2. Late fees after expiry of Renew date on that Financial Year
   •  No Fine for only 01 month after expiry Date
   • Within 03 month of Expiry date  or End of Financial Year whichever is earlier -  Rs 500.00
   • After 03 month of Expiry date to 06 Month or End of Financial Year whichever is earlier -   Rs 1000.00
   • After 06 month of Expiry date or End of Financial Year whichever is earlier -   Rs 2000.00

Restoration Fee (on Removing of Name of Veterinary Practitioner From SVPR Register after End of the Financial year )

•   Late Fees on First Financial year  -      Rs 2000.00
•  After completion of First Financial Year (from 1st April) –  Rs 05.00 Per Day
•  Maximum Fine Limit for Restoration-   Rs 21000.00

Duplicate Certificate Fee

• Duplicate Certificate Fee : Rs 500

 Noc Fee : 

• NOC Processing fee : Rs. 1000 
• Draft In Favour of Concerned Council  Rs -  15.00

Additional Qualification Fee  - Rs 200.00

Address Change Fee - Rs 200.00
